I studied art in college many years ago and yet for several reasons I didn’t paint until fairly recently. Now that I have the time and a pleasant studio space at home, I’m able to enjoy the calming distraction of painting. I generally paint landscapes in both acrylics and oils, though I want to expand my interest with new subject matters and new techniques.
