After graduating from Pratt Institute with a degree in Illustration, it took me years before I discovered my love for textile design. Once I found it , my love for color and pattern was insatiable. I created textiles for the retail market and hotel luxury sheeting. I travelled and worked in Europe and Asia producing these products. When I returned to painting it was as if I had a great home coming. I fell in love with nature and my work continues to focus on color and pattern but as it pertains to sea , sky and land.
