I am a second-year, full-time MFA student at MECA&D in Portland ME. While in school, I have been experimenting with gelatin monoprints and monotypes on paper. I am interested in subject matter that interconnects humanity and nature and reminds us of our interdependence, commonality, and beauty. I continue to explore this subject as I try different mediums, currently experimenting with mineral pigmented watercolor paints to find organic, watery marks and to be environmentally aware of my materials.
