Rachel Rodrigues

Rachel Rodrigues, has lived in both Uganda and western Canada and currently resides in Maine. She has been creating art since childhood, and has worked in a variety of mediums, including batik, silk painting, acrylics and oils. Rachel has exhibited in juried art shows, including the Lincoln Center in New York City. Her preferred mediums are oil and occasionally acrylic. Her subject matter is as varied as the personal experiences from which she draws inspiration. Her paintings include landscapes, seascapes, portraits and the many faces of humanity, in which she attempts to show different cultures and the oneness of us all. She lives in the beautiful town of Harpswell, on the coast of Maine and is inspired by its natural beauty.
