Sarah Beard

I graduated from Bowdoin College with a major in visual arts (emphasis on painting and drawing), and a second major in biology. I have continued to paint, and to study painting and drawing primarily through Maine College of Art’s Continuing Studies program. Among other shows I have participated in two-person shows at Freeport Historical Society and Wayland Free Public Library, and in several times in both MECA’s annual juried Collect Art Sale and Wolfe’s Neck Center’s Farm to Easel Invitational Art Auction. In 2022 my work was selected by jury for the live auction at the Wolfe’s Neck Center event.
