The “call for entries” to artists for 2026 goes out Aug. 17 via this website, email lists and Facebook. To be notified,  simply click here to sign up for email, and/or “like” our page on Facebook.

Entries will close  Sept. 11; jurors’ selections will be announced by  Oct. 10, and selected artists will deliver artwork on Oct. 18. Artists, please read Rules and FAQs carefully before entering!

Hours for the 2026 show will be 10am-7pm Oct. 21, 22, 23  (Weds-Fri); and 10am-2pm  Oct. 24 (Sat) at  St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church, 396 Gilman Road in Yarmouth. Admission is free. All artwork will be for sale at the show. Credit cards, checks and cash are accepted.

Artists will pick up  unsold works, and buyers will pick up their purchases from 3-5 pm Oct. 24   (preferred) and 12-2 Oct. 25.

The show and sale then will move online from Oct. 24 to Nov. 7, when online sales will be available via the Show Catalog. Please see information on the Show Catalog page about sales, receiving your purchase, etc.

Online sales will not occur during the in-person show, to avoid simultaneous purchases of the same piece.

All net proceeds from entry fees, sales commissions and donations in 2026 will go to 5 local nonprofits:

• Friendship House  in South Portland is a home for men who are in recovery from substance use disorder, have little or no income and need a safe place to live.
• St. Elizabeth’s Jubilee Center in Portland is a low-barrier pantry serving non-food essentials to all those in need, including new Mainers and Mainers whose families have been here for generations.
• Sea Change Yoga in Portland seeks to increase access to healing-centered yoga for people living in systemic oppression. They work within the community and institutions to remove financial, physical and cultural barriers for people, creating spaces where every person is honored and celebrated.
• Growing to Give in Brunswick is a climate friendly, volunteer-driven, non-profit farming operation that grows certified organic vegetables Growing to Give collaborates with a number of other organizations to ensure that the vegetables it grows are harvested on time and transported promptly to food pantries and other access sites where they can reach local people struggling with food insecurity.
• Maine Prisoner Advocacy Coalition is a statewide group formed in 2007 to improve conditions for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, their families, survivors of harm, and others impacted by the criminal legal system.

In 2025, $15,000 was raised and distributed.
